Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) announced the addition of three new Maersk shipping services at Jeddah Islamic Port and King Abdullah Port, strengthening the Kingdom's maritime connections with regional and global markets.
The new services link Jeddah Islamic Port to:
- Nhava Sheva and Mundra in India
- Salalah in Oman
- King Abdullah Port, as part of an integrated operational network
Combined capacity across the three services reaches approximately 14,400 TEUs, adding meaningful throughput to both ports and improving overall shipping efficiency on these trade lanes.
